You Control Your Data
Any input you provide stays private and can only be accessed by you through your dashboard. No one else can view your gig content unless you explicitly share it.
No Training, Ever
We never use your input data for AI training. Your inputs are temporarily sent to AI providers solely for generating your result, then discarded.
No Third-Party Sharing
We don't sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. All processing is handled through secure, vetted infrastructure partners.
Optional History Only
Data storage is optional and controlled by you. In MVP.2, you can choose to save history for re-use, but it's always your choice.
1. What Data We Collect
Account Information
Email address, name (if provided), and account preferences for registration and authentication.
Gig Input Data
Text, documents, or files you provide to Giglings for processing. This data is used solely to generate your requested output.
Usage Analytics
Anonymous usage patterns to improve our service quality. No personal identifiers are included in analytics data.
2. How We Process Your Data
AI Processing
Your inputs are temporarily sent to our AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) solely for generating your result. We use strict API configurations to opt out of all training pipelines and data retention policies.
Temporary Storage
Gig inputs and outputs are temporarily stored for the duration of your session and processing queue. In MVP.1, data is automatically purged after completion unless you choose to save it.
Security Measures
All data processing uses HTTPS encryption, secure servers with access controls, and audit-friendly logging. We follow GDPR-aligned practices by design.
3. Your Rights and Controls
Access and Export
You can access, download, and export all your gig results at any time through your dashboard. Multiple format options available in MVP.2.
Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Data deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Data Portability
Export your data in standard formats (TXT, CSV in MVP.1; PDF, DOCX, Markdown in MVP.2) for use in other systems.
4. Third-Party Services
AI Providers
We use OpenAI and other AI services for processing. These providers process your data only for generating your results and do not store or train on your data.
Infrastructure Partners
Hosting and infrastructure providers process data strictly for operational delivery. No data access or sharing beyond technical requirements.
Payment Processing
Payment information is handled by PCI-compliant processors. We never store payment details on our servers.
5. Policy Updates and Contact
Policy Changes
We will notify users of any material changes to this privacy policy via email and dashboard notifications. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
